Chat agents
Ask questions in plain English and get answers grounded in your company data. You can build separate agents for HR, sales, finance or IT, each with its own instructions and knowledge.
Amazon Quick Suite partner
Amazon Quick Suite is an AI workspace from AWS where your team can ask about sales, policies or projects in plain English and get answers from your own data. We set it up, connect it to the systems you already use, and help your people actually use it.
A 45-minute call with our AWS team. No slides unless you want them.
Which regions missed their Q3 target, and is there a pattern?
Q3 revenue vs target, by region
North and West came in under target. Both regions had delayed shipments from the same supplier in August, which the ops review notes also flag.
Illustrative example. Your answers come from your own connected data.
Let's talk
Share a little about your team and the data you work with. Someone from our AWS team will get back to you within one business day, usually with a few questions and a suggested starting point.
So, what is it?
Think of it as a colleague who has read every dashboard, shared drive and ticket you have, and only tells people what they are already allowed to see.
Amazon Quick Suite is an agentic AI workspace from AWS. It pulls together business intelligence (Quick Sight, which grew out of Amazon QuickSight), search across your company knowledge, deep research and workflow automation, all behind a simple chat.
Your people stop hopping between dashboards, folders and apps. They ask a question and Quick Suite looks across the sources you have connected, such as Amazon S3, Snowflake, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow and Slack. It respects the permissions people already have.
It is not magic out of the box, though. The answers are only as good as the data you connect and how it is organised. That part is our job. As an AWS Advanced Tier Partner with the AWS Generative AI and Agentic AI competencies, we plan the rollout, connect and secure the data, and stay with your teams until it sticks.
A familiar Monday
Most teams we meet are not short of data. They are short of time to pull it together. Here is what changes once Quick Suite is set up properly.
Someone exports three reports to Excel and rebuilds last week's sales summary by hand. Again.
A flow has already put the weekly summary in everyone's inbox, built from the live dashboard.
The finance head asks why margins dipped. The analyst adds it to a queue that is already two weeks long.
The finance head asks Quick Sight in plain English and gets a chart with the drivers, then asks a follow-up.
A manager spends forty minutes digging through SharePoint and old email threads for the current travel policy.
She asks the HR agent and gets the answer with a link to the exact policy page it came from.
Prep for a client meeting means opening the CRM, the project tracker and last quarter's deck, one by one.
Quick Research writes an account brief from the CRM, project notes and the web, with sources you can check.
Every example above depends on the right data being connected and permissions mapped. That groundwork is what we do in the first few weeks.
What is inside
You do not need all of it on day one. Most teams start with chat and dashboards, then add flows once they trust the answers.
Ask questions in plain English and get answers grounded in your company data. You can build separate agents for HR, sales, finance or IT, each with its own instructions and knowledge.
The next generation of Amazon QuickSight. Interactive dashboards you can question in plain language, plus executive summaries and data stories.
One permission-aware layer over your documents, files, dashboards and app data, so search and chat look in the right places.
Multi-step research across internal knowledge and the web. You get a structured report with sources to check.
Describe a routine task in plain words and turn it into a reusable flow anyone on the team can run. No code.
For bigger processes that cross several systems. AI agents do the steps, people approve the important ones, and you get monitoring and version control.
A shared corner for a team or project with the files, dashboards and knowledge they need.
Raise a ticket or update a record in your business apps straight from the conversation.
Runs on AWS with your identity provider, encryption and admin controls. People only see what they could already see before.
Where teams usually start
Research new circulars, summarise what they mean for you, and automate the recurring compliance report with an approval step.
Let administrators ask about beds, staffing and supplies directly, instead of waiting for an analyst to run a report.
Combine ERP data, supplier documents and quality reports to catch risks and kick off a corrective workflow.
Ask about sell-through, stock and promotions across channels, and get the summary emailed every morning.
Pull together account briefs, proposals and status reports from the CRM, project tools and past work.
Answer leave, policy and benefits questions on the spot, and automate onboarding steps across HR and IT.

Questions
Short, honest answers to what business teams ask us most. If yours is not here, just ask.
Sales@ConsultEdge.GlobalIt is an agentic AI workspace from AWS. In one place you get chat agents, a search layer over your company knowledge (Quick Index), deep research (Quick Research), dashboards (Quick Sight) and automation (Quick Flows and Quick Automate). AWS has more recently started calling it simply Amazon Quick.
QuickSight is now Quick Sight, the BI part of Quick Suite. Quick Suite adds AI chat agents, research, a shared knowledge index and automation on top of your dashboards and data.
There is a wide range of connectors, including Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and Slack. During our assessment we check the exact connectors for your systems, so there are no surprises later.
Quick Suite runs on AWS, works with your identity provider and respects the permissions people already have, so nobody sees anything they could not see before. We are ISO 27001:2022 certified and CERT-In empanelled, and we review your access model and governance before anything goes live.
Quick Suite runs in selected AWS Regions, and AWS keeps adding more. Teams in India, the UAE and elsewhere can use it, but if you have data residency rules we should check them first. We map Region availability against your compliance needs during planning.
A focused pilot with one or two teams and a few data sources usually goes live in 3 to 6 weeks. A company-wide rollout with automation and dashboard migration normally runs in phases over 2 to 4 months.
Quick Suite is priced per user per month, and some capabilities also have usage-based charges. We size the licences and usage for your teams and help you keep costs in check. Get in touch and we will put together an estimate for you.
